Q After disconnecting the power supply, will the time automatically resume when it's reconnected?
A Yes, it will automatically follow phone's time with bluetooth connection, otherwise you need to connect the product and phone via bluetooth first.
Q Does the clock show in 24-hour or 12-hour format, & how to synchronize time via bluetooth?
A You can switch between 12-hour or 24-hour format by pressing a button. Open your phone's Settings - Bluetooth - Search for O10 - Connect (no need an app)
Q Can the brightness of the clock & night light be adjusted?
A The brightness of the clock & night light can be adjusted in three levels or switched off.
Q Does it only support iPhone / iWatch / AirPods charging? Can I charge other devices?
A Any phone or earbuds with wireless charging capability can be charged, but Apple iWatch only. It also has two wired output USB-C & USB-A for other devices charging.

A Don't need to switch. The time & day of week will always synchronize with your phone.
Q Do I need to purchase an adapter to use the product? What adapter compatible to the product?
A A 30W adapter is included in our product. If you use a third-party adapter, we recommend you select one with 30W or higher watts output.
Q Does the time display properly when disconnected from phone? Can I adjust the time manually?
A It will work normally. You can adjust the time by pressing the button.

A Yes, Samsung Xiaomi Huawei Google Oneplus OPPO VIVO and other Android phones that support wireless charging are compatible. Cases over 2 mm thick or non-magnetic may reduce charging efficiency and are not recommended.
Q Is the product safe to use when it gets warm/hot?
A Slightly warming up for wireless charging is common, especially during intensive use such as gaming or watching movie. However, product follows international safety standards, including EN 62368-1 and IEC 62368-1 for safety.

A Yes, it can simultaneously wirelessly charge your phone, Apple Watch, and earbuds. Moreover, it has two wired outputs, Type-C and USB, for charging more devices.
