Speedo training aids. Adding buoyancy to your swim, the kickboard isolates the lower body so you can focus on your kick technique, improve your leg strength and build power.
It really helps isolate your legs for focused kick drills, and the blue/green color stands out nicely in the water. I just wish the foam were a tad denser for extra float support, but it does the job well.
I was hoping for something a bit more colorful in person, but the blue-green is fine for the pool. The foam feels dense enough to hold up well with regular use, and it really helps me isolate my kick during drills.
